New Leadership, Expanded Vision

Ashok Gupta — son of the founder — carried forward the founding vision while boldly expanding the business into commercial real estate, hospitality, and large-scale infrastructure development. Under his stewardship, RBG Infrastructure evolved from a respected residential developer into a multi-sector infrastructure powerhouse.

RBG Complex, Abhay Anand & Shivashiv

A landmark era of large-scale development. RBG Complex in Karelibaug became one of Vadodara's most significant mixed-use developments, while Abhay Anand Society set a new benchmark for premium residential living.

RBG Hotels — Hospitality Development

RBG Infrastructure's landmark expansion into the hospitality sector. The development of a 100-room hotel at RCR, Vadodara demonstrated the group's capability to deliver hospitality infrastructure to international standards. The hotel was first operated by Peppermint Hotels under the Royal Orchid Hotels group, then transferred to K10 Hotels, and eventually Taj Ginger (IHCL) took over — now operating as Ginger Hotel by IHCL at RCR, Vadodara.
